Our story was love at first hug
We met through a friend but didn’t really pay much attention to each other. Some time later, we ran into each other outside a bar and shared a hug that lasted five whole minutes: long enough to make things very awkward for the people we’d actually gone there with.
The next time we met (that’s the lovely thing about living on a tiny island, you keep bumping into people), we ended up kissing. And the rest is history! of scabies, mountains, waterfalls, songs, and drifting across the Mediterranean.
If you’d like to hear one of those stories, we’ll happily trade it for a beer ;)

Thursday, July 2
Polterabend | 6 PM
A night of smashing porcelain for good luck! Bring your old plates and flowerpots (no glass, please!) to help us start our life together with a bang. Food and drinks will be served while we sweep up the shards.
Friday, July 3
The Saale Wine Trail | 1 PM
Meeting at Bad Kösen Train Station. Before the big day, join us for a relaxed stroll through the northernmost vineyards in Europe. Note: Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
Saturday, July 4. The Big Day
Celebration | 6 PM
Gaststätte Fischhaus
Dinner, drinks, and dancing by the river. Let’s celebrate the night away!
Dress Code: Be colourful!
Note: Since we are by the river and the dance floor will be busy, comfortable shoes are highly encouraged.
Sunday, July 5
Der Absacker | 4 PM
Saaleck Sausage Stall
One last casual hangout for a recovery bratwurst and a final toast beneath the castle ruins before we all head home.
